TODDLER CLASS

This class is for 2-4 year olds who want to learn basic ninja skills like balancing, swinging, jumping, and landing. They’ll do lots of fun exercises on and off obstacles, build confidence, and set goals. Parents will be involved with this class. (This class is 45 mins)

MINI NINJAS

This class is for 5-6 year olds who want to learn basic ninja skills like balancing, swinging, jumping, and landing. They’ll do lots of fun exercises on and off obstacles, build confidence, and set goals. (This class has 45min of instruction and 45mins for free play)

LEVEL 1 classes (classes divided by age & skill)

Ninja Level 1 is designed for individuals of all fitness levels who want to experience the thrill of obstacle course training. Our trainers will guide you through a variety of basic obstacles and techniques, teaching you how to build strength, agility, and balance. They will teach you the basic skills such as building momentum, swinging, landing/falling technique, trampoline technique, balance, and basic safety. Are you ready to come train like a Ninja Warrior? (This class is 1 hour)

LEVEL 2

This class is for experienced ninja warriors who are ready to take their skills to the next level. Our trainers will challenge you with advanced obstacles and techniques, pushing you to reach new heights in your physical and mental abilities. You’ll learn how to tackle complex obstacles with ease and improve your overall performance. Whether you’re training for a competition or just want to push yourself to new limits, this class will give you the skills and confidence you need to succeed. Join us and see what you’re truly capable of! Ninja Level 1 is a prerequisite for this class. (This class is 1 hour)

Parkour

Parkour is a dynamic and exciting discipline that focuses on developing physical and mental strength through movement. In this class, students will learn the fundamental techniques of parkour, including running, jumping, climbing, and balancing.

Our experienced instructors will guide students through a variety of exercises and drills designed to improve their coordination, agility, and endurance. They will also help students develop their creativity and problem-solving skills as they learn how to navigate obstacles and overcome challenges.

Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced athlete, our parkour class is the perfect way to improve your fitness, build your confidence, and have fun in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Adult Ninja Class: Train Your Inner Warrior

Are you ready to push your limits and become a ninja warrior? This class is designed for adults of all fitness levels who want to experience the thrill of ninja warrior training. Our trainers will lead you through a variety of challenging obstacles that will test your strength, agility, and balance. You’ll learn how to conquer walls, swing from ropes, and vault over obstacles with ease. This fun and dynamic workout will improve your fitness, boost your confidence, and unleash your inner warrior. Adult OCR Workshop (Obstacle Course Racing Workshop)

In this class, you will learn how to train for obstacle course races and overcome any challenges that come your way. Our trainers will guide you through a combination of strength and agility exercises designed to improve your balance, coordination, and endurance. The class will be a fun and exciting workout that will challenge you physically and mentally. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just starting out, you’ll leave this class feeling empowered and ready to tackle any obstacle. Join us for a unique and dynamic fitness experience!
